My Wonderful Day Off

On leave on Mon & Tue.. It has been a long time since my last AL.. Really looking forward for my AL ever since my boss approved it.. ha ha..

My first day of my day off - last Sat. I went to Sunway Lagoon with my ex-colleague, an event organized by my ex-company. It was 15 years since my last visit there.. wow .. really enjoy my time there.. seems like I back to school time, play like a children. We almost play every single game there.. I left out the most exciting game - Flying Fox due to rain and thunder storm.. of cos my life is important than anything.. ha ha.. SP & NY, I think we should go there one day.. believe me.. u will enjoy it!

Come to second day, I went pasar with my MIL to buy some praying thing for 掃墓.. the pasar was sooooo crowded due to the season.. and I found those praying materials really "innovative", got LV handbags, jewerly, Nike sport shoes, car, passport, handphone, credit card and notes with different currency ... really plenty of thing. 1 word, Chinese really creative and innovative!!!
On Monday, I went shopping alone, got my new camera showed below. Therefore, I manage to take some photo to share here... :)

Our breakfast .. instant siew mai bought from pasar on Sunday morning, half boiled egg and wholemeal bread.. breakfast culture cross over...


I follow WH to sites, supplier office and stone warehouse... the stone surface getting more and more "canggih" and it is really nice and plenty of design. Really will make people to renovate house due to the nice nice stone design.

My Smart Helper

WH bought me a smart cooker last month to ease my housework.. Ha ha.. (actually, he wanted to have dinner at home every day lar)

This is a multi-purpose cooker, which can cook rice, porridge, bake cake, soup, steam..Surely .. it helps a lot in my cooking... Will try to do some baking with the cooker.. will show my result here soon... :)

A camera for myself

Finally ... I manage to get a new camera for myself. It is worth for value I think.. below RM1k with wide angle, high photo resolution and nice outlook. :) Hopefully, I will get a DSLR from WH, which I had hint him before.. Let c..

完美中的缺點

雖然已經七個月了, 婚禮的細節已然歷歷在目,尤其是籌備過程. 我們的婚禮籌備, 都是我和老公夾手夾腳準備的. 最大的功勞, 要說是我的二姨吧.她幾乎像是在嫁女兒. 你們一定很奇怪, 為甚麼我父母都沒參與其中?

話說起來,很長, 長得, 我懶得寫. 就短話一句, 我父親反對這門婚事, 不讓我母親參與&出席我們的婚禮. 在籌備當中, 我都告訴自己,就算沒有父母的協助,我還是能夠搞定的!!還好, 一切都在親戚朋友,兄弟姊妹的協助下, 完美的畫下句點. 雖說完美, 也不盡然, 沒有父母的加持與祝福, 談何完美.

曾經試過, 跟父親好好地談, 但是都沒有結果的, 都是不歡而散. 他就是脖子太硬, 被他看成爛泥的人, 就永遠都不可能變成洋灰!! 他在意的並不是我老公比我年長十三年,而是, 他那三歲時,被醫生打針而萎縮的左腿. 這令他在村里不能風風光光的告訴他的朋友們:"我女兒要出閣了!!"

我很生氣父親並沒有以我的幸福為出發點來衡量將會照顧我下半輩子的人. 雖然偉雄的外表有缺陷, 但重要的是, 他的人格是完整的. 他並沒有因為他的缺陷而抬不起頭,自卑.. 反而, 他比任何人開朗,上進. 雖說, 他年輕的時候曾犯錯, 但也臨崖勒馬,重新來過. 所以, 他比其他人更知道, 有何為, 有何不為. 他的心路歷程比任何人來的困難, 但是也因此造就了他目前的成就與思維.

很可惜, 父親一意孤行,拒絕別人的勸說, 甚至, 農曆年都不讓我回娘家. 幸好, 母親的娘家就在吉隆坡, 我還可以在婆婆家和媽媽聚天倫. 別人都在說, 我未為人母, 無法了解父親的苦心. 但是, 我認識他快三十年了, 難道我不比別人更清楚他的為人? 在我的記憶裡, 父親永遠都沒辦法在我快樂的回憶裡存有一席位.

My Family

For those met with my parents before, most of them said my parents look young. Ha ha.. yeah.. they really look young ...... in their 25th anniversary photo. It was 5 years ago. I looks young as well, same to my 3 younger brothers.

Question in Quality of Plastic Bottle

The Polycarbonate bottle was getting famous ever since few years back. In year 2005, I got my 1st polycarbonate bottle, Connie bought from S'pore for steph and me. It was well known with it's safe for daily usage, even ok with warn/hot water. Over the past 4 years, WH and I was using the same kind of bottles without any doubt.

I read from newspaper last weekend, Penang Consumer Association indicate the polycarbonate is not safe to use as it will produce Bisphenol A. Bisphenol A will affect our health negatively, for example genital damages,deterioration of breast cancer tissues and reduce the amount of sperm for male.

Now only I know there is a code embossed at the bottom of bottle, the higher the code doesn't means it is safe or more stable for use. I noticed all my polycarbonate bottles with code 7, who knows it is the one made by polycarbonate and will produce Bisphenol A. Sigh... Immediately.. WH asked me to change my water bottle to Thermos' stainless steel bottle. It is heavy .. but safe to use.. May be you need to consider to change your water bottle.. :)

Celcom Wireless Broadband

Finally, I got broadband services at home.. I have been waiting for so long. Now, I'm connected even at home!!!!!!!!

House . Home

WH is bz recently, with all his tender preparation, interview, revise, meeting.. Eveything just come to him at the sametime. He seems tired but exciting with his current workload.

By looking at the current eco situation, the house owner keep on pushing down the prices, it is quite challenging for WH to keep a balance of profit as well as making the deal. Not easy ... but still have to try..the construction period easily took up 2 years, he has to project in the risk in these 2 year, especially the fluctuate prices of materials. However, the house owners are not care about this, as long as the tender price is low. Do they really think abt the quality of material if they keep on pushing down the price to the extend of not reasonable? A house should be a safe shuttle for family, and not a glamour outlook to show off to others. Wonder the orang kaya realise of this...

Wish WH good luck in his tender revision today and sun sun lei lei.

How to reduce period pain?

I believe most of ladies having the same concern of minimizing the period pain. Before age of 27, I hardly have period pain. Along catching up in age and hormone change (according to doctor), I got moderate period pain. Definately, it is not easy, but, no way to avoid it. Period actually a gift given to lady by god. Lady depeneds on period to main young looking, firm and silky skin, most importantly, to give birth. Although, it is annoying every month, but we are not afford to loose it. I went to an organic shop last month, the sales lady suggested me to cook molasses with ginger for reducing period pain. I tried this just now, it seems work!! My period pain was reduced after taking this.. May be, you can try if you are facing the same problem like me! :)

Internet Access

All these time, we are using TM dial-up services to access internet as TM streamyx's port is not available in my area yet. We request this ages ago, however, TM seems dont bother to supply the service. May b they want to give a way for Celcome products?

Last week, I subscripted to Celcome wireless broadband under corporate plan. Cheaper than commercial rate and I got the modem stick free.. Really cant wait for the broadband service, speed of TM dial up is really irritating!! Hope Celcom broadband's speed is up to my expectation.. :)

罗密欧的婚礼终于顺利举行, 真替兄弟高兴!
印象最深刻的不是那些繁文缛节, 而是有一群超难搞的姐妹淘, 还有是婚宴犹如另一场同学会.

超难搞的姐妹淘:
之前, 朋友说我娶老婆时娶得最辛苦, 被姐妹淘玩得满头大汗! 现在见识过这一群姐妹淘的功力后, 我那回算是什么? 简直是小巫见大巫! 记得当时的我只被要求唱唱歌, 画画图, 答答问题而已, 印象较深刻的是问我慧萍喜欢吃什么? 我不需思考冲口而出的答案: “啊!? 她什么都喜欢吃的喎!” (所以才有这样的身材.)

话说回来, 罗密欧要经过重重难关, 才见到他心爱的新娘…
娶年轻的老婆也不见得完全是好事, 年轻的老婆当然拥有一群年轻的姐妹淘, 个个是年轻活力, 活蹦乱跳的小美媚, 玩残了我们这一群老兄弟, 老安哥!

第一关: 冰水里夹红梅.
在一盆放满冰块的冰水里, 要兄弟以脚指把几粒超小颗的红梅夹起来, 红梅的面积比成人的尾指甲还小, 超冷超难夹!
兄弟: “是不是兄弟夹起后, 姐妹们要吃?” 一阵兄弟的狂笑夹带着姐妹淘的尖叫.

第二关: 吃蕉
把香蕉挂在新郎的敏感部位, 找位兄弟去吃, 不准用手碰.
兄弟: “这是人家和老婆玩的游戏, 你们好像玩错人了.”

第三关: 啃面包
面包里夹了小辣椒和酸柑, 辣对我来说是小意思, 酸~我就投降了, 酸得我想吐!

第四关: 喝可乐
需喝完2瓶1.5公升的可乐. 幸好兄弟班人多好办事, 一人几口就喝完了.

第五关: 玩蛋
用鸡蛋接力式的穿过8位兄弟的裤裆. 穿窄长裤的兄弟可要靠边站, 蛋在里头破了可不是闹着玩的!
兄弟: “蛋传出来了, 还热着呢! 要摸摸看吗?” 又是一阵狂笑与尖叫.

第六关: 瓜子砌字
兄弟们帮忙把瓜子外壳拨开, 新郎以瓜子肉砌成爱的表白: “雄Y君”
兄弟: “下回取名叫阿一或阿二好了.”

第七关: 问答题
由新郎作答, 答错了兄弟们遭殃, 姐妹淘会以胶纸拔兄弟们的脚毛! 这可是一大片脚毛会被硬扯下来的~~痛!!

姐妹淘: “请问新娘的父母叫什么名字?”
罗密欧: “嗯……….. 不知道.”
“啊呀!” 兄弟的惨叫声.

姐妹淘: “请问第一次送花, 你送几朵及什么颜色?”
罗密欧: “11朵, 红色”
(当时心里正佩服着罗密欧好有心思, 11朵的花语代表什么? 待会一定要向他问个清楚, 谁知道…… )
姐妹淘: “错! 是24朵!”
罗密欧: “没理由我会下这么重本的呀!”
接着又是兄弟的惨叫声.

姐妹淘: “请问新娘最喜欢吃什么?” (又是这一题!!)
罗密欧: “瓦煲老鼠粉!” 信心十足, 满怀自信, 立刻回答!
姐妹淘: “错! 是猪肉粉!”

兄弟们开始抱怨了: “你想好好才答嘛!” “有冇搞错, 咁你都答错!”
罗密欧: “不要紧, 没关系… 答错了还有下一题! 哈哈哈~~”
当然, 罗密欧也不是全答错, 像第一次踫面的地方, 第一次约会的地点, 注册日期… BINGO!!

第八关 (还有!?) : 爱的宣言.
照着准备好的宣言念…. 容易么? 不! 尽是些强人所难的词句, 像… 从今天起开始戒烟, 要做家务, 听老婆话会发达, 凡事以老婆为中心, 老婆大过天……
这回兄弟们报以狂笑!! 脚毛被拔的怨气烟消云散!

罗密欧的面子挺广的, 久违的同学们他找来不少. 上一回同学会没出席的都赏脸到场祝贺.
婚宴上大家开心畅饮, 叙旧联谊, 比真正的同学会还开心! 皆因到场的同学们全都认识.
直至酒家发出打烊的催促, 大家方尽兴的离开.

Glad . Down

Finally, I was manage to see gynae in the afternoon. It was not smooth as I went to KPJ, Dr. Lee was on half day leave. Again, 模門釘. At the end, I went to Dr. Ee in Taman Pertama.

Dr. Ee tested my urine and scanned my ovary by using ultrasound. He said, my ovary looks clear and healthy, but no sign of pregnant. The urine test turned negative as well. I feel glad that my ovary is clear, however, feel a bit disappointed when I know I'm not pregnant. Although, I know the changes is not high, but still feeling down when I got to know this.

Dr Ee advised me to reduce my weight in order to have smoother pregnancy period later on. I agreed with him as WH and me are concern on my health condition is good to carrying a baby or not. I started to play badminton every weekend since last month and I'm now reading some advise from my consultant regarding on diet plan. Will start on meal diet this Saturday.. Wish me good luck plss... :)

Again...

P delayed again, 14 days delayed as of today. I've cheked, negative. Yet, still not sign of p ...

Tried to see gynae on Tuesday. Unfortunately, all gynaes were fulled. I went 3 clinics, all fulled. What a good business huh.. In current eco situation, gynae still having their stable/ favourable income, seems no recession in this industry, don't you think so?

I'm worrying more on my health condition rather then am I pregnant. This is not good sign if p always delayed especially for those wish to have baby. This is annoying...

Broke in

Yes, it happened to my house on Wednesday afternoon when no body at home. I should feel lucky as no body get hurt from this :)

I reached home at 6.45pm.. I did not know that my house was broke in by somebody as there was no sign of it! I got to know when I went to upstair, before enter into my master bedroom. My bedroom was like after war III, messed up... my 2 big laggage was thrown on my bed, all clothes were pull out from wardrobe and not to say my chest drawers. 1st thing came to my mind was "RUN, get out from here". As I was not sure if the thief is hidding in my bedroom.. I don't want to take any risk...

I called hubby, police.. the patrol car reached within 5 mins (First time I feel the efficiency of PDRM). With the accompany if police, I went into house to check our losses. Luckily, I din put much valuable things at home, so no much losses. The biggest lost was, my DKNY watch, the 1st gift my hubby gave to me. :(

During cleaning up my bedroom, I can feel how frustrated was the thief.. cos I have a numbers of empty jew boxes as well as ang pao with 古銅錢 inside. These was for my wedding purposes.. The stupid thief open the ang pao and jew box one by one whereby all empty / with 古銅錢.

Lesson that I learnt from this incident, put more ang pao n empty jew box at your bedroom. It could help in dragging their time and they may have no sufficient time to "gorek" other things from your house and reduce our losses as well.. agree?
